Rates are still figured on a weekly basis and the contract will be made to reflect this. We will figure rates by looking at each individual day that you would like to contract for and adding that for a weekly total. Hours must be consecutive. (for example if the child leaves for part of the day the hours are figured from the first arrival to the final departure)

Hourly rate for under 2 years of age:* $4.75 per hour

Hourly rate for over 2 years of age:* $3.50 per hour

Hourly rate is only used if child is here before or after regular hours per day, before and after school care and in the event that there is a limited amount of hours available. (example there is only 2 hours available on any given day. NOT if the parent only wants 2 hours but there is more available)

Enrollment Fee $15.00

Full Time ½ cost of full day

Part Time ½ cost of full day

Fee for late payment: Fees are to be paid by Monday at 5:00 p.m. If payment is late this fee will be charged daily until payment in full is received: $10.00 per day. If a third party, such as an employer or the county will pay a portion of the fee, that payment will be accepted on a separately arranged schedule, described on the contract.

The financial terms will be finalized upon signing of the contract.

If parent or legal guardian is under age 18, a cosigner must sign the contract to act as a guarantor to the contract, and agree to be bound by all financial terms.

Families will receive a minimum 30 days’ notice when rate increase is planned.
